Hi Guys, I am already running Triplehead and I love it, but purchased my standard 19" monitors before the Matrox update so am currently playing at the old res 3840 x 1024 - but want to upgrade my set-up to be able to play at the new supported res. I have seen some 19" monitors that can support the res I am after via Scan: http://www.scan.co.uk/Product.aspx?WebProductId=838511&Product=19%22+Viewsonic+VX1962WM+Black+Widescreen+LCD%2c+1680x1050%2c+2+ms%2c+300+cd%2fm%C2%B2%2c+1000%3a1%2c+Speakers%2c+VESA Is this a good purchase? I already have a Benq 24" monitor, should i look at gettig 2 more of these? although I don't have loads of space and it would actually be loads cheaper to buy 3 19" monitors than 2 x 24" Benq monitors. If you want an easy life stick with what you've got. I went from 3840x1024 to 5040x1050, and whilst it's an improvement, the cost and hassle was significant and it doesn't even work properly in its most optimal state. |

Hi mate, Thanks for the feedback - can you be more specific in terms of why it does not run optimally? As you say i know the cost is significant to go up to the higher res so I want it to be worth it. |

Thanks for taking the time to post - I think I will perhaps leave it until an update which will hopefully be sometime soon, does anybody know if Ibrin has spoken to Matrox at all about the issues in the thread? |
