My copy arrived today ... yippie
The aspect ratio and resolution are ok though ... BUT ... the FOV is not right for TH ... :(
Looking for ways to increase that FOV which is currently vert-.

The games graphics look better than I was expecting from screens I have seen posted by others on the net ... but it is early in the game, I haven't played very far at all because of that FOV issue.

Yeah it is a bummer ... :(
What it does is it takes your aspect ratio from your desktop res.

To play it in single screen until we get a FOV fix is also a bit akward ...

If you try to use a single screen res in the game but your desktop is a TripleHead res you will have a messed up aspect ratio.

You need to set your desktop to a single screen resolution then use that resolution in the game.
The FOV and AR will then be correct.

I'll try to post some screenshots later today ... I have to get on with some work right now.

1280x1024 desktop res ... 1280x1024 in game ...

1680x1050 desktop ... 1680x1050 in game ... vert- compared with 1280x1024 ...

It seems to take the aspect ratio from the desktop resolution and the FOV is fixed horizontally to that aspect ratio/resolution ... i.e. vert-

1680x1050 desktop ... 5040x1050 in game ...

5040x1050 desktop ... 1680x1050 in game ...

5040x1050 desktop ... 5040x1050 in game ...

Now that messes with my head ...

I notice 1680/1680 has the same FOV as 1680/5040, could you try a 16:9 desktop resolution to see if further squashes the FOV?

Looks like we're in for another "bioshock spike". This may be good enough to get us onto digg and kotaku again.

It's not the same engine and Crysis ... and Crysis worked in WS and TH out of the box.

This reminds me of Medal of Honor, or indeed Bioshock.

This one is definitely worth lobbying the devs for ;)
