The game uses the same engine as FEAR so it works out of the box ...
Just choose your TripleHead resolution ... the FOV is automatically adjusted ... 8)

Frame rates were a little slow so I renamed the ... TT2.exe ... Fear.exe ... so that it uses the FEAR profile in the Nvidia Control Panel and it about double them ... :D

It doesn't feel as it it has quite the polish of FEAR but it isn't so bad ... I'm enjoying it.
