I don't know if you guys have heard about these: http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/1391/zalman_trimon_22_3d_monitor_exclusive/index.html
But I am quite excited about the possibility of using 3 of these with TH2Go. Seems like quite a few good games are supported and (hopefully) NVidia will keep the drivers coming for new ones.
Zalman have 19" and 22" versions, maybe an upgrade for my 19" to 22" wide when Matrox get their act together with higher resolutions? I am not clever enough to figure if it will work, but if it does.....I think TH2Go 3D would just be unbelievably awesome! 8)

Lets have a look at the previous "nvdia 3d drivers" shall we?
Not updated past 9x.xx version, hmm.

Doubt these will be any different.

Besides, 800$ for a 22" screen is ridiculous.

I don't think you'd see much 3D on the side monitors (unless you looked right at them). I wonder what the software would do with a TH2G and only the center being 3D. Perhaps SoftTH with a 3D 22" centered and a 19" on either side.

Still, consumer level 3D at a reasonable price (half or less of what they list) would indeed be  awesome.

For that kind of money a wireless head mounted display with res. of 1080p or more should be possible, if they'd stop wasting money on other things and put some in em anywho.

bah, 1080P is overrated - I prefer my 3840*2048
:hide

Yes a single screen has some advantages but...

My point is it's not all about the overall size of the screen. 1080p doesn't offer the same resolution and (ultra-wide) immersion of a TH2G.

head mounted display as in, 100" screen in your face, res. is the main challenge so 1080p is a decent res. to hope they get working on. not your bezel 'featured' multidisplay

Hey, a very lightweight head mounted 3D display with a decent resolution (at least 1080P), and full 180 degree peripheral vision, and motion tracking, and ... would be the next best thing to beaming it right into your brain - but until then I'll take my pixels any way I can get them. We don't all have to want the same thing. Personally I'd love one of these: (Link) but there's now way I could afford that right now either.

I have just loaded up Stalker again since it's been patched to run well now. I have been running it in S-3D on my TH2g rig. 2400x800 for best frames on Stalker high settings, seperation is set at 1.5% and convergence at -.4741 seems to be perfect. I'm using cheap old Sports Illustrated red/cyan glasses and they work well but I really need to get the good hard lenses soon. I have been playing many of my games from racing to FPS in S-3d with triple head. Even though its anaglyph it still works very well. I'm using the IZ3d drivers and enjoying the effects. And this is all done in XP pro 32.

The side screens do add to the 3d immersion as to the window into the world effect as well as directly tie in to the overall image but my center screen really has some nice pop out effects in stalker. For example the trucks side mirror or a tree branch sticks out of the screen at least 3 or 4 inces. Check out http://www.mtbs3d.com for more s-3d specifics.

I only have 3 17" sony crt flat screens but triple s-3d at 2400 x 600 compared to 1024 x 768 single screen s-3d is a no brainer as in triple is better as long as the system can keep up with the demand on framerate.

I would still like to see someone try three 19" or even 22" Zalman screens with TH2G. Your system will need some power to run it I bet but it's the next level in gaming IMHO. It seems the S-3D industry is gettig a boost with new movies using much better polarized technology for movies and now games and screens.
