I've done it, I've done it!!!

Sorry I am quite excited about my achievement. I can now use almost any laptop or hand-held computer. Here is how it works. Use a "Virtual Graphics driver" and a Remote desktop client using your protocol of choice (I use VNC) and you have yourself an extra screen possibly a touch screen.

The difficult part was finding a Virtual GFX Driver but I found one called zoneOS.

But the really difficult part was finding a download for zoneOS. But I found one for that too. Now I can use whatever device I want as an extra screen to display anything I would on a normal screen!!! Cool huh? No gaming applications unless you have a crazy fast network someway to interface the virtual graphics driver and SoftTH along with a really good Remote Desktop program. But it is still cool. I don't know what kind of performance to expect from zoneOS drivers either.

theres another free program called Synergy http://synergy2.sourceforge.net/ that lets you control several computers with the same keyboard/mouse and lets you position the screens where they really are and the mouse will jump to the other screen when brought to the edge
