The question is can it do it? I've read on a few sites/reviews that it can, but can't get mine past 2400x600.

Hello there,

Still a no go on 3840x1024. I've tried old and latest drivers. Sli and non-sli. No luck. I can enter a custom resolution under the nvidia controls, but it dosen't work. It will make two monitors show no input signal and one show the input signal is out of range. If anyone has ideas... I'm all ears.

AMD Athlon 64 FX-53
MSI K8N Neo4/SLI
1GB Corsair XMS
2 x 6800 Ultra
700w PSU
TH2G Digital
3 x Hanns-G HX-192RPB

The Digital TH2Go requires a Dual Link DVI (at least for max res). This article says that the reference design on the 6800 Ultra has dual single-link connectors, but no dual-link support. Sorry...

Is there an analog mode to try?

Ah ha, theres my err. I read the specs on my cards before ordering the th2g for that. Guess I overlooked the "single" part. Oops. Anyway, I have a DVI to SVGA adapter I used to hook up to the analog side. Then added 3 x 1280x1024 back to my list of modes and bam, I'm in 3840x1024. So, I'm now playing WoW in 3840x1024 50-60 fps(all details turned all the way down, lol). Thanks for pointing that out. :D

Gotta make a note here since I mentioned the fps. I went back to nvidias latest drivers. Enabled SLI and set texture filtering quality to high performance. The fps now shows 100+ and it shows too. Nice and smooth. 8)

Where did you get this high framerate?

I'm curious about the actual number myself. I get it from CTmod(a WoW addon). You mouse over the latency meter and it shows the framerate too. Like I said earlier, I'm playing with the details turned all the way down. And it is smooth. So far the lowest I've seen the fps drop down to is 70. It mostly shows 90-110. Take it for what it's worth I guess? Anyone know of anything else to use for measuring the fps in game?

Ran fraps. Shows the same numbers. Those are in pve areas soloing quests. I jumped in AV for some pvp numbers. When I get in the middle of 30-40 players and the fights are going on I see as low as 30fps with a few lag spikes. Now there's some numbers I'll believe.
