Hmm, I have the Western European retail 1.1 (Non German) English language and it's size differs from Cinnabuns's file.
It's the Collector's edition (Don't know if that makes a difference).

Size: 14,4 MB (15.172.608 bytes)

Size on disk: 14,4 MB (15.175.680 bytes)

Hayden: Gonna PM you with .exe and paul.dll

I just noticed something. Comparing the 5760x1080 SS post patch to the Flawless 5916x1200 SS, Geralt is "larger" and there is a slight zoom in the Flawless SS going on here.

I'm guessing that the image in the Flawless fix is 5760x1080 is zoomed up to the 5916x1200 res. I actually prefer it because Geralt is just a tad larger and everything looks a tad closer and more "in the place" (more like fps... I'm not a fan of 3rd person).

It will be nice if Nvidia releases a proper bezel correction driver and the devs at CDPR RED implement the correct resolution however I'm sure it will impact framerate because with the 275.27 betas, SLi is pegged top and bottom so its working but there will be that extra 650,000 pixels to render (10% more).

Still always more emmersive to see more.

The difference is probably just in language file sizes contained there in. I'm sure the International patch just detects and installs based on the current installed .exe.

Sucks though that there may be as many file sizes/versions as there are languages the game is released in...

hAhA!

I KNOW you're making fun of me for being so anal but hey... its a professional development studio, you'd think if they went to the trouble of implementing surround they could at least remove some dots from an alpha graphic...

Seems a little short sighted.

clearly in this instance they actually have additional "code" to check if its Nvidia based, and if it then allow it - my update is truckin along very very slowly.

UBI did the same with SC Conviction, but concerning Eyefinity, then WSGF got the help of Kyle at HardOCP and UBI quickly added surround to the mix.

Yeah, was gonna say, SC Conviction ran fine in surround. I didn't even hear about all the huhbub... and I'm sure there was alot of it. So much drivel on forums.

Just loaded it, ran fine in surround, and played it with my brother. Great game.

I sent a message to Marcin360 on GoG forums.

Hey Marcin360 :)

First of all want to thank you and the guys at CD Projekt for an outstanding game. The Witcher 1 also... head and shoulders above the rest! Please don't ever stop making PC exclusive (sure you can port them to consoles but not the other way around :))

I am very enthused that you guys added Nvidia surround support in the 1.1 patch so soon. I am curious though about the implementation and when fixed certain things could be expected. (no rush)

I'm running the game at 5916x1200 and with the Flawless widescreen fix it worked at that resolution with bezel correction.

Now with the 1.1 patch it loads without the Flawless fix which is awesome. It does however load not at the resolution that is in the User.ini file. It loads at 5760x1080 with black bars at the top and bottom.

The HUD also has 3 columns of white dots on the right monitor? Now sure what this is but I'm curious as to why surround resolution was fixed and these white dots were not removed from the HUD graphic.

Here is a link to a screen shot of the dots and I'm sure you're aware of the black bars so just disregard the pointer to those. Its the elongated oval circled on the right of the monitor.

Any idea when these dots will be removed?

Thanks in advance and please keep up the exceptional work!
