Hey guys,

I recently (after a year of drooling) purchased a Digital TH2GO and setup it up on my 3x Samsung 931C monitors via an X850XT (PCI-e) graphics card.

I cannot get above 2400x600 on the desktop, but the matrox site and the gxm compatability tool both say this should be possible.

And more importantly, directx has crapped itself and will not run. It wont even run self tests under dxdiag, just crashes with an error code for either 7 8 or 9.

I am planning on a new PC when I can afford it, but I just wanted to play some racing sims in 2400x600 in the time being but it seems this will be impossible :(

Any help regarding the matter would be appreciated!

Matrox says your max 2D res is 3840x1024 and your max 3D res is 1920x480 (not 2400x600).
http://www.matrox.com/graphics/en/corpo/support/compatibility/compatibility.php

I don't know why you can't get 3840x1024 on the desktop. Is this mode is your list of 4 available resolutions in the GXM software? (It's there by default but it's always a good idea to check).

Well my max 3d res is working at 2400x600, and the option is in the GXM software, but when operating at 3840x1024 (also avail in gxm) the desktops scrolls as opposed to gaining a higher res, any ideas?

i remember this happened to me, i also forgot what i did to fix it. right click your mouse on the desktop, go to setting and make sure the screen resolution is up as far as it goes. i remember it was something stupid like that that fixed my problem.
