I can only say that my both cards work 100% when ingame. In FHD with forced Vsync (otherwise i have quite much tearing) i have constant 60fps. In 5760x1080 iam mostly down to 30, with vsync on (didnt tried with vsync off yet) and all details settings cranked up.

Might be worth mentioning that i am still on 359.xx nvidia drivers as with drivers above 360.xx i had problems to get surround working at all and didnt checked yet if nvidia fixed that problem meanwhile.

Also I have all monitors connected to one card. This could be also the reason. Can remember there was one game in the past where SLI only worked when all displays were connected to one card, instead of both.

Wonder if this explains the ugly hud?
https://twitter.com/NoMansSky/status/761697939634946049

There is a beta patch out (need to use code 3xperimental to enable it)
It doesn't do anything for hud, but seems to help stutter some.

NVIDIA drivers out, now has SLI support.

Unfortunately, the game doesn't run in true fullscreen.. so SLI is broken regardless.

EDIT: It turns out the experimental build of the game is breaking SLI now. Explains why the hell it wasn't working in all the profile testing I was doing for 2 days. What a waste of my time and effort.

Must revert back to stable with its mouse smoothing issues, partial stuttering and alt+tab issues. Ugh.

EDIT2: The experimental build was updated. SLI issue was fixed.

EDIT3: The internal rendering resolution was fixed. SSAAx4 option was fixed in the next patch 3 hours later; caused me troubleshooting issues as I had no idea about it and thought they broke SLI. Game's been updated once again today and I've yet to test that.

EDIT4: Patch notes finally out: http://steamcommunity.com/games/275850/ ... 2964769667

IN OTHER NEWS:

http://nomansskymods.com/

PEOPLE ARE FIXING THE DAMN GAME.

My standouts:

http://nomansskymods.com/mods/internal-resolution-multipliers-pak/ <-- big one, no more need to DSR, though the framerate loss is basically the same. Internal rendering resolution was fixed, can be used to downsample though.

http://nomansskymods.com/mods/chromatic ... s-removal/ <-- removes the atrocious 'visor' effects.

http://nomansskymods.com/mods/fast-actions/ <-- goodbye asinine click to hold functionality (not perfect, but a great start)

Yesterday I switched off vsnyc to check fps and I was getting 70fps (planet) upto 130fps (space station) in FHD (fullscreen), no stuttering at all, I didnt even had tearing anymore. Only thing which sucks and made me go back to vsync 60fps was that yr mouse accleration changes according yr fps. With 30fps you can barely turn, with 60 fps its normal and with 130fps you can make a 360 just by touching yr mouse.

System: i5 2500k (4.2Ghz), 2x970GTX, Win10, SLI enabled, nvdidia driver 359.xx

EDIT: Just tried the new nvidia driver 372 and seems SLI really didnt work before. I am getting now almost double fps on planets (120-130fps). I had quite much stuttering in the beginning (deleted the shadercache folder), but it smoothed out within a few minutes in the game. (note i am still on the old stable branch of the game)

Really really bad release. Only reason I even got it was because a friend who has it for PS4 says it supposedly supports 6 monitors. So i figured 3 in Surround would be cakewalk for it.

Currently, on my system, with a GTX1070, the game looks like a crappy beta you'd get free from Steam.

I'm putting it away until I see patches come out for it. I'll check back here periodically to see what's up with the game. For now, back to Fallout 4.....
