I just bought a 27in monitor, and plan to purchase 2 more. The monitor only has dual link dvi as connection.

I have two GTX Titans, which has two dvi ports, 1 display port, and 1 hdmi.

Would I be able to hook three dvi to these nvidia cards? I know with eyefinity you can
Do this. I was not sure with nvidia surround if I could pkug one of the dvi into the second card or not since there are only 2 slots on each card.

If I cannot do this I would need to return the monitor, and buy one that has display port. I am hoping this is not the case becuase I like this monitor lol.

Thanks in advance for any help on this.

the titans have 2x dual link DVI. so if you have 2x titans you can hook up 2x of your dual links to 2x monitors, and hook one of the dual links off the other card to the third, sli and your set.

each card supports 2x dual link displays, right in the specs :)

if you got a 27 with only a dual link ill assume you got one of the korean monitors, interesting as when i see "2x titans" i assume you have unlimited budget and would just go for the dells or something heh, but hey, gotta save a buck somewhere i suppose :D

I bought these becuase I strictly play FPS, and dell does not have any 120hz dismays that I seen.

Planetside 2 is huge 2000 person battles. I needed something with 0 lag response, and super fast refresh rate. I knew I would be sacrificing color clarity, but its what I needed.

Thanks for help :)

Ahhh 120hz for 3d, now the dual link makes more sense.
