So how is it? I played the first one and I liked it enough to be interested in another.. but I've read many reviews about the console version being very buggy.

Hey! A proper HUD! Woo!

Okay. I borrowed a copy and I've found that at my max EF resolution using Dx11, the framerate is just too low - 20fps. I tried lowering it to my bezel-compensated 5040x1050-based resolution of 5292x1050, but it's not in the menu. I found that i can enter it into the .ini file, Yay. Although it runs MUCH better at 30+fps in the bench, and looks great, my picture is off-center; crosshair, HUD, everything. Is this the case with the rest of you? I'd hate to have to play this beautiful game in DX9 mode.... :( And being the first time I've seen any game run without bezel compsensation in a long time, it just looks aweful.

Maybe I'll be waiting for bargain bin, as well. Maybe by then I'll have the hardware to use the full EF res...

Kudos to CAPCOM for making it much more multi-monitor friendly, and giving us a useful config.ini. Once again, my Rumblepad 2, although detected properly, has swapped X and Y on the right stick. Though changing it in the .ini doens't really work. I'm sure the x360 emulator will do just fine.
