Hello,

I have already some years experience with TH2GO and am an cockpit 737 builder. Now I have 3x 27" running on TH2GO in 3x 1920 x 1080 resolution. This can be an issue with some monitors I know... (60hz/59 hz problem duallink dvi bandwith)

Because I found out that during landing I cannot see the runway (because of iron contruction for overheadpanel boeing 737) I decided I must switch to bigger screens preferabble 50" plasma HDTV. I read for days information and know I should be possible but hopefully someone can convince me to do the purchase for 3x 50" LG plasma.

LG 50PV350
Attached a copy of the import part of the manual. for PC modus and Video modes. Can i use both modes do you think ?

Hopefully here are some people around you can help me out!

Thanks!

Remco

That won't work! If you have a 50" Screen in 1920x1080 pixel or a 27" Screen with 1920x1080 pixel you will have the exact same Picture, just on a bigger screen!

So if you can't set Zoom ratio ingame it won't make any difference!

The only way to realy get more vision would be to buy a 27" (30") Screen with a 2560*1600 resolution!

Hello Remco,

How do you set up 3x1920x1080 with TH2Go? I have 3 x 27" but in the Matrox multidisplay menu i can only choose 1280 x 1024 (3x1)???

Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Tbmartin

well...if the runway is x3 horizontal and x3 vertical I can see a lot more....right ?

how to get full hd on 3 monitors? Well sometimes you have to be lucky, on my friends monitors it is not possible. You have to play with resolutions and matrox powerdesk...sometime put input 60hz or input 59 hz.

hu what? You now have 3x 27" Monitors, and you wan't to switch to 3x 50" Screens right? OR do you want to switch to 9x 50" Screens, then you have 3x Horizontal and 3x Vertical of a normal screen!

The game absolutly doesn't care if you have 21" 27" or 50" Monitor's as long as you have 1920x1080 pixel the Game shows the exact same scenery on every monitor!

true, but my blocking iron construction now covers the complete runway and when I blow up the image let's say 200% (27" -> 50 " ) the width of the blocking contruction will be the same but effectively I will see "more" of the runway because the runway is 200% wider and 200% higher right?

(difficult to explain....)

Nice construction!

Now i get it! So you want a bigger scenery and thats why you think about buying bigger Screens!

Yep that should work. But keep in mind that bigger screens are bigger! They won't fit on the Table anymore, and sure you're not gonna have a problem with the hight of the screens and the construction ? maybe they are to high and you're gonna have problems with the upper iron bar!
