Just got my Triplehead2Go. Downloaded latest Drivers and Power Desk. Downloaded latest nVidia available for my GTX 280M card. Running 3 x ASUS VG236HE 23-Inch LCD Monitors. Everything is supposed to be compatible as checked by the Compatibility wizard. Here is the problem: I can only get it to run in 2400 x 600 (3x 800x600) No matter what I do I cannot get it to change resolution. It will give me the option of selecting another resolution in Powerdesk and when I click apply it cycles off... then comes back on at 2400x600 and then I get a message that it did not save the changes. Read through all the troubleshooting at Matrox and searched the threads here and can't find anything. Help!!

Asus VG236HE: 1920x1080, 120 Hz.
So first make sure the refresh rate is set to 60 Hz (Windows Display Properties, Advanced, Monitor tab).
Then select 1680x1050 as your desktop resolution and run the GXM Wizard again.

Does it help ?

Appreciate the reply- I just got off the phone with Matrox support. By the way they were great I was on hold less than a minute! Turns out my laptop only has a DVI-I port and not a dual link.

So I will be installing a GTX 580 in my desktop and getting it running this afternoon.

And yes I had tried your suggestions. It was setup for 60hz but the resolution was not available. Thanks again.
