Hello ~

I am new to the forum. I just completed my wide screen triple monitor setup with a Matrox triple head2go digital edition. Unfortunately, the highest resolution I can acheive is 3840 x 1024. When I went to the Matrox web site and went through the system compatability test it said that I should be able to display 5040 X 1050. Why cant I get this resolution to display? I have a Core Duo 3.16 Mhz cpu, 4gb DDR3 1333 Ram, 768mb GTX 460, and (3) Asus VH236H's for the monitors. Any thoughts on what the issues may be? Are my monitors not happy with the 57Hz refresh rate or something?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

All you should have to do is configure a custom resolution in nVidia Control panel. You may need a certain set of driver. Just do a search, there are several threads about this.

Hello~

Thanks for the reply. I was able to get ahold of the Matrox support hotline, and found out the problem was just a dated TH2GO driver. Once I downloaded the new one, no problems..... 5040 X 1050 @ 57Hz!!!! Now I just need to figure out if I am going to add a 2nd GTX460 and 4 more GB of ram. Hmmm.....
