You may try to :
1- Uninstall the Matrox Powerdesk, using the Control Panel / Uninstall a Program.
2- Uninstall the Nividia video driver using the Control Panel / Uninstall a Program, then reboot.
3- Update (if you havent) the matrox triplehead2go firmware to the latest version, http://www.matrox.com/graphics/fr/support/drivers/download/?id=280 .
4- Download
Driver Sweeper - http://downloads.guru3d.com/Driver-Sweeper-beta-2.0.0_d2186.html , install it and run as administrator (right click and choose), then set it to clean all Nvidia - Display option.
5- Install the 182.50 drivers, reboot.
6- Install the GXM Beta, reboot.
7- Try to enable the 5040x1050 using the matrox powerdesk multi-display setup (click on "choose").
OK, finally got it working, and want to share it in case it help anybody else.
1- Uninstall Matrox and Nvidia, restart after each
2- Download
Driver Sweeper - http://downloads.guru3d.com/Driver-Sweeper-beta-2.0.0_d2186.html , install it and run as administrator (right click and choose), then set it to clean all Nvidia - Display option., Restart.
3-Install the 182.50 drivers, reboot.
4-Install the GXM Beta, reboot.
5- At this step I run the GMX setup but installed it like ther was only one monitor (In my case 1680 X 1050 @ 60Hz), reboot. When i restarted i would only see the left screen.
6-Go to Nvidia control panel, went to change resolution and selected 5040 X 1050 and the only option it would give is 57hz, apply and bingo.
Ive never read anybody doing it this way, i stumbled upon it by trial and erro and a little luck i guess.
Hope this helps other people.
Thanks again to thales100 and kenshinn for your help.
