Hi guys ...
I have a small issue with the new firmware update ...
My 24" Dell monitors have a native res of 1920x1200 ...
As the new firmware can not do 3 x 1920x1200 I use 3 x 1680x1050 up-scaled and it looks good.

For single screen mode when I click "Change" in the GMX Setup I am offered (amongst other resolutions) 1920x1200 and it is also in the "Edit Mode List" as one of the 4 resolutions allowed.
The problem is when I set 1920x1200 nothing happens ... the screen stays at 3 x 1680x1050.
1920x1200 is not available in "Display Properties" or the nVidia control panel and nVidia custom res doesn't work or fails ...

This is no big deal for me ... 1680x1050 looks good and I haven't actually played on a single screen in a very very long time.
Never the less ...
I know Mach1.9pants is experiencing the same issue with his Dell monitors ... so ... I wondered is anyone else experiencing a similar issue with the 1920x1200 single screen resolution ?

PS. Please do not make this thread into a discussion about up-scaling !

I had a simlar issue when I upgraded. Somehow it locked my TH2G in to 1920x1200, a resolution that now would not display properly on my 24". I had to boot in safe mode just to get a picture. I removed my video drivers, rebooted, uninstalled the PowerDeskApp, reinstalled the drivers, downgraded then re-upgraded the TH2G firmware, reinstalled the PowerDesk app, and did a factory reset from the GXM. Also made sure the monitor driver selection was pointed at the GXM.inf in the powerdesk folder.

It sounds like a lot, but it only took a few minutes and it was working properly in 1920x1200 after that. Maybe this will help.

Thanks for the help ... :D
I have un-installed and re-installed everything several times ... no luck so far.

I think I'll wait for the next Matrox firmware update.

this sucks. for single monitor windows desktop I get 1920x1200 fine.

but for gaming.. none of my games detect 1920x1200 as a usable resolution.

those games that attempt to useit I get black screen.

I did the edit mode list and addred 1920x1200 already. :(

anyone have a similiar problem?
