[quote]I'm under the impression that a single dual-link dvi port can only support resolutions up to 2560x1600 (i.e. 4096000 pixels). If you're trying to do 5040x1050 - that's 5292000 pixels, well above the maximum that dual link dvi can support. You would have to drop the resolutions down a bit - 3x 1440x900 (4320x900 in total = 3888000 pixels - only just under) should work... 3x 1680x1050 would be too high.
Unfortunatly this above poster is incorrect for the most part
The maxium support for Dual Link DVI is limited by the allowed bandwidth, this is approximatly 5040x1050x32@57hz, (give or take on the Hz)
There are some other posts on here about getting a TH2G work with ATi 5000 cards but to no luck as of yet.
I do have access to 2x5850's and a TH2G but have not found the time to look into getting this to work either, once i do i will post my expericances on the other threads on this forum to the two technologies working together. If they can work together, it will be the solution that i will use for the near future so i can get Xfire to worh on tripple head, and get access to the bezel management and other features of the Matrox software.

I must also dis agree with you and saying that Mviewtech has used Duel-Link DVI and has reached that 5040x1050x32@60hz. But anywhere above that, it starts tanking in frequency.
