So I got 2 hd 6870 1 gb crossfire will that run 3 monitor at 5760x1080? If so will it run games on the best setting like the new bioshock?

At first i was like "Wow, verry informative Thread title" but after reading the topic i have to agree with your naming....

So yes Two 6870 are capable of putting 3 monitor out (But you can't use 2x DVI+HDMI, either DVI+HDMI or 2x DVI) Tough i'm not sure what connections your card has!
It will not run Bioshock Infinite in the best settings because you will run into a VRAM Limit! 1gb is really small für 5760x1080 ! If you activate AA, MSAA or any other quality enhancement your VRAM usage will go over 1GB! Not even sure if "Middle Quality" will be low enough to go under the VRAM requirements.
