Hi, I have the Sapphire Radeon 7950 Flex GPU, so I have two displays plugged into DVI and one to displayPort (simple adapter from DVI). I just bought the whole setup, including the three monitors, and I just loaded Far Cry 3. I'm on Windows 8, and my applications can span all three screens, but I've so far been unable to get FC3 to span all of the screens. I'm a beginner to gaming... How do I get it to work on the three displays? It only works on my center screen, and I don't see an option in settings... Thanks! |

Hey pal. You have to set the resolution in game to the eyefinity/surround resolution that your using. For example, if you are using three 1920x1080 displays, then your surround/eyefinity resolution would be 5760x1080. Far cry 3 worked great out of the box for me with ultra wide resolution (the fov was pretty whack but hayden has improved that) so changing the res is all you need to do. Some other games require more tweaking and messing, as game devs tend to ignore the existence of ultra wide users which you will no doubt find will sometimes be an irritation with three displays the more you get to grips with it. Google and download the program called flawless widescreen. That program will help you with other games that aren't perfect already (or even playable) on multi monitor setups. Hope you enjoy your displays. |

Have you created an Eyefinity group in the ATI control panel? Rather than just extending monitors? |
