Just to make sure, often the passive and active adapters almost look identical. Is Active written on the adapter?

hi guys im running hd 5770 and when i set it up its saying the 3rd monitor is enable im using three 32in lcd all the same i have displayport adapter etc can you help |

Is the display port adapter an active adapter? That's generally the first issue that comes up. |

yes the displatport is active when windows start up left and middle screens load up but when the loading is finished the left screen goes out and the right and middle screens are on |

He means you need an "active adapter" like this one: Sapphire active adapter. The passive ones like this won't work. So what adapter do you have? |

panasonic 1080p all 3 are the same and i and running windows xp s2 does eyefinity work on xp im now thinking no ? |
