I have 2 5770's with crossfire enabled using CCC 10.10. My primary game is Microsoft Flight Simulator X, (FSX). I really enjoy flying the sim using my TrackIR5, Eyefinity and 3 22" ASUS LCD Screens. I do however have a question that I hope someone can answer. I have not been very successful on the flight sim forums. I have a command in my fsx.cfg file that I did find on the fsx forums that enables forced full screen VSync and I have no tearing while in full screen mode. That is good, however, bezel management does not seem to work in full screen mode so I do not have a good and accurate transition as gauges and scenery move across the screens. If I switch to a windowed view my bezel management is perfect but I get some video tearing. Does anyone have an idea of what I can adjust so I get good bezel management and no tearing? On a side note, does Eyefinity stretch the scenery a bit on the lateral screens? The are distorted. Thank you for your help.

Well, sometimes I just do not think. I answered my own question with just a bit of trial and error. I believe there are multiple resolutions you can select from. The one I chose from the settings menu in FSX was 5040 x 1050 x 32. This was the one listed in CCC as a bezel compensation resolution. This worked in window mode but not full screen. I decided to try the other resolution in the menu which is 5292 x 1050 x32. This did the trick. I can now use full screen without the bezel distortion you can get which results in the gauges being split and lines not matching across screens. And my Vsync line in the fsx.cfg file works great. I still have the stretching effect in the lateral screens. I am still interested if that is just Eyefinity or if there is an adjustment I can make.

I'm glad you got somewhere with this. I can't really comment as I never use bezel management for anything. I prefer being able to see the whole picture as I tend to ignore the monitor surround while gaming.

By "stretching, do you mean a fisheye effect on the outer screens or do you mean a zoomed in feeling?

For ultra wide, FSX is by default not set with the right FOV. I used Matrox SGU to correct that but haven't bothered messing with any files myself to experiment with it as it looks okay to me.

I'd love to be able to try out FSX on my 3x22" Eyefinity setup (6870 Radeon card; i5-750, 4Gb memory) - is there a good reference for finding out initial settings/tweaks etc?
