Not sure what category this should be in but ill give it a try here.

The thing iam trying to do is record some videos with my Eyefnity setup, but so far i have been very unlucky.

I normaly use Fraps or the built in Xfire video capture but i get no results with either of these.

I have fraps 3.2.2 and when i have that running i dont even get the game to launch. I tried with Wow but it loads and show login screen for about 1 sec and then tottaly freezes. Other games wont launch at all.

Xfire: When i press my hotkeys to start recording it says "Recording" But then both the game and xfire crashes.

Been sitting and googeling for a while now but havent really found someone with the exact same problems.

( Tried the Xfire forums aswell )

I don't have this problem. I have had problems getting FRAPS to take images in Eyefinity. However, I get the game and FRAPS to both load.

[Moved to Eyefinity Forum]

I'm still using Fraps 3.0.3 but it works fine without crashes for monitoring FPS and recording. Only problem is it crops images taken at larger eyefinity resolutions which was fixed in 3.2xx.

Try an older version of Fraps and see if it still happens.

FRAPS isn't crashing or anything for me...but screenshots aren't working correctly. It's only picking up my left and center monitor, ignoring my right one.

Maybe something's wonky with your DirectX install. Try (re)installing the latest release. I got that two-of-three screens thing a few Fraps versions back, but all has been fine since.

You don't - just install the lastest redistributable over top. Every release is more or less teh same, jsut with an extra .CAB file with the new stuff.
