I have a few questions with setting up my rig for Eyefinity. First off, I didn't go with the high end video card simply because I don't have the money to get one. So I decided to get this video card.

Now I needed some new monitors and these are what I got. I would like to know if these monitors will work with Eyefinity. The monitors max resolution is 1600x900. Is that going to cause some type of problem with Eyefinity?

In order to get the third monitor working I need a Displayport adapter to DVI or VGA. So I purchased this adapter. After reading some posts on the forum, it came across me that this adapter won't work. Is this true?

Sorry dude, I don't think that passive DP -> DVI adapter would work. I have heard of some passive DP->VGA/D-sub adpater that would work, but at lower res. There's a thread on EyeFinity dongles aomewhere around here that you can check out. In my case, since I was gonna run EyeFinity at higher res, I went for the Accell B087B-002B, Sapphire has one that looks exactly like it, which works flawlessly on my EyeFinity setup.

Yea, I just tried using that adapter and it shows 3 monitors in the control center but I can't active it. So I ordered the Dell Displayport to DVI. So any idea if the monitors I got are going to cause any problems?

I currently have 3 20' ViewSonic Monitors (VX2033wm, max resolution 1600x900). Will the odd resolution cause any problems with Eyefinity?
