Thanks for the modified driver for the 2209WA, works for me on a 5970 with 3 of them, 1 through an active Sapphire adapter. hi Did you have any problems (flickering/black screen) with DELL 2209WA and active Sapphire DP adapter? regards |

Sideefect you'll be happy to know that the newly released mount & blade:warband fully supports landscape modes. It actually says "multiple monitor mode enabled" when starting up. All HUD and menu items are centred :) |

nice :D i have now moved to portrait for a while. only a handfull of games are improved with landscape and even then im only really enjoying the first extra 1/4 of each side screen. in portrait it is literally like a window into the game world. in landscape the lack of physicaly verticle fov will mean it always feels like a computer screen setup. have you got any 3x portrait images for desktop backgrounds yet? also i have surround view too with potencial on my 890gx for adding a 4th 1080p monitor.. which i have but its now on my other pc :) |

I am also using 3x 2209wa monitor. 1 monitor is connected to the DP by using the HP dp to VGA adapter and it is working fine without any problem whatsoever. |

Thanks for sharing the info with us! Awesome pictures. After your experience, which do you prefer, the wider view, or the monitors in portait mode? (For gaming etc). |

Hey guys Got eyefinity with my three DELL 2209wa monitors. But mine third monitor with DP dosent work. Tried to download the modified driver but the link dosent work anymore. Can some nice buddy upload a new link? Greetings Johan |

Hi here is the driver but it won't make the displayport adapter work if it isn't already. All it does is change the refresh rate from the default 60Hz to a higher 76Hz for all the monitors. If your having problems with the displayport you need to make sure your using a compatible active adapter and not a cheaper passive adapter. http://rapidshare.com/files/420811122/Dell2209waEyefinity76Hz.zip |
