EDIT: I have also made a fix for Unmasked. https://i.imgur.com/1URvTjj.png

As detailed on the WSGF report and PCGamingWiki page Scribblenauts Unlimited (Unmasked also, but it doesn't have a WSGF page) doesn't natively support aspect ratios wider than 16:9 and is Vert- so the menu gets cropped off. There's also a 60fps cap.

However, I made a fix for the aspect ratio with Cheat Engine. (This doesn't fix the letterboxing that occurs with thinner resolutions) https://i.imgur.com/rjh1Jee.png
Here's how to use it:
1. Get into gameplay
2. Go to Options and make sure to choose a resolution with an aspect ratio 16:9 that's the same height as your monitor.
3. In Cheat Engine load Scribble.ct and click "Advanced options"
4. Select all the addresses, right click them, and click "Replace with code that does nothing."
5. Freeze all the height addresses.
6. Change the resolution to your monitor's native resolution
7. Set the width address in Cheat Engine to your monitor's native width.
You may have to go to another area or to the main menu and back to fix any visual bugs.

Here are most of the issues:
The world map is stretched
The HUD is still 16:9
Tasks that restrict your camera can be Vert-
Certain menu elements like fade outs, etc can be 16:9 in the middle or left of the screen
If you alt-tab while in fullscreen in Unmasked the width can reset to the previous one

I hope someone can make these fixes easier to use, and maybe even remove the 60fps cap. :)

Such greatness, why not update the Detailed Report directly ? I did it for you but comparison screenshots are still sorely missed. Don't be shy, edit away ;)

Tried it out and worked :onethumb: - i found a easier permanent fix thou.

Open Scribble.exe in a hexeditor and look for 80 07 00 00 38 04 -> change it to 70 0D 00 00 A0 05 :twothumb:

Done. I might also make a page for Scribblenauts Unmasked.
I don't have a surround setup so I can't make those screenshots.

That method is unusable due to certain HUD elements being cropped off and the view being cutoff vertically when zoomed out, but fades actually cover the entire screen like they should.
If you fixed those issues it would be almost perfect.
Also, can you remove the 60fps cap?
