I can play runescape with 5760X1200 but the buttons and inventory is on the right screen and the chat on the left screen, i want those things on the middle screen is this posibble???

Quite an old post, not sure if you're expecting anything :p But no, you can not edit the 'coördinates' of UI elements in a game such as Runescape without hacking the game.
