Navy SEALs 2 Weapons of Mass Destruction is a low budget game from 2003
. It belongs to a series of other budget FPS '' Elite Forces '' games, like Elite Forces Navy Seals, Elite Forces: WWII Normandy, Elite Forces: WWII Iwo Jima or Elite Forces WWII Desert Rats.
The game doesn't support widescreen but I wanted to set a higher resolution than 1280x960 which is the maximum resolution in the video options. In the game folder there is a file auto.cfg. It is possible to change resolution in the lines:
"screenwidth"
"screenheight"
So I wanted to change to 1600x1200 but after run, the game crash to Windows. I'm a bit confused because in the first part of Elite Forces: Navy SEALs from 2002 in this file I changed the resolution to 1600x1200 and the game worked very well.
I have a 1920x1200 monitor so it would be nice to run this game in 1600x1200.
