Excepting SA camhack. Is there any another way to solve it? such as CLEO or SA Limit Adjuster. How to do?

Gotta use the camhack.

Not sure if SA does it (most agmes do) but you can make a custom 16:9 resolution and enable driver-level aspect ratio behaviour. if you keep the 16:10 width, it won;t look funny.

I use 1680x945 on my 1680x1050 displays.
