I really would like to know wtf is this. I can't play anything in window mode, emulators, PC games, whatever. In full screen majority of games run just fine, @60fps but when I set them to run in window mode they got 'laggy'. Fraps shows they are @60fps but it seems they are @30fps.
My Windows is fully updated, I'm using Forceware 160.04. Have already tried all options in the compatibility tab of the executable files, have already installed plenty versions of drivers, didn't solve the problem.
What do you think that is causing this problem? nVidia drivers? DX10? or is this an issue of the wide monitors, the resolution thing? Because when I had a 19' 5:4 LCD I didn't have this kind of problem. What can I do?
