I have installed Star Trek Elite Force 2 and used standard Q3-engine .CFG file editing to achieve 1680x1050 resolution. However, nomatter how I set things in the config file (including the proper [seta r_mode -1] parameter for widescreen), I cannot change the FOV. Does anyone have an alternative method for changing the FOV for this game?

Thanks in advance. :)

The value that needs to be changed is cg_fov "xx"... if that doesn't work, I'm not aware of another way to change it. Wonder what they did to the code?

I did use the [seta cg_fov xxx] parameter. Is there a way to enter some kind of developer mode in order to unlock the setting?

This is very strange...

According to the in-game console, my FOV setting took (it reads [cg_fov: "110" default: 110]. However, the FOV has not changed. What is up with this?! :?
