"Ahaa! So the menus are broken after you are ingame right? In the main-menu before starting the game I see the menus correctly scaled, but after I get in the game they are not scaled correctly.

Am I right? (Dunno if is not a nVIDIA thing again like with ME3) I managed to center the menus while in the game. HUD is coming up."

Yeah Lost Planet 3, it is weird only in game does the scaling mess up, like the stores and if you pause the game.

Xcom has scaling issues for all the main menus, but the command hud for your team is fine its weird you would think everything would be jacked up but it is not, most of it is.

God I hate Unreal Engine especially these console oriented games:)) Fixing the menus wasn't that hard... But now it breaks everything else.... Again one memory address, one value used for 100001 things... It is weird since for things like the Backspace menu it works while for others it doesn't... Reminds me of Mass Effect games....pain in the ass to fix...

Managed to finally FIX this damn UE3 Game...
Very very very weird engine (inside)

- But now, the menus are correctly scaled and centered.
- Centering the menus WITHOUT breaking everything else was very problematic, so I had to re-fix everything else that was broken..

- The UI is still on 3 monitors but correctly scaled, only is not centered: The same resolution that is used by the menus is also used for the UI. Trying to alter that will center the UI but with a wrong Aspect Ratio and it will useless. So I had to find other methods of centering the menus (which I did)

I played a bit of the game and I see it fully working.
(PS: Man I hate UE3 engines:)) This one(the one used by this game) is on the TOP as worse UE3 based engine).

Screenies:

Currently the game is not yet Released in UK (on Steam). It will be released tomorrow. For the fix I used an "another version" (in order to save time).
I will release the fix, probably tomorrow once the Official Steam Version is released;))

Best Regards,
Helifax

Oh sweet,thanks...I can finally play this properly. :)

With XCOM,I decided to play it with a single screen. Too much hassle for a game that wasn't all that good.

I will also look at XCOM in the following days and I hope it will be easier/cleaner to fix than Lost Planet 3, but until now I didn't had the time to look at it;)) Don't worry is on my list also;)) but currently I lack HDD space to install that one also (imagine that:))))))) )

Great work Helifax although I expect nothing but perfection!! Work harder! Also I too hope XCOM isn't a stuff around, but I'm pretty sure the in-game HUD is separate from menus - and it's really the menu's that you have to fix because everything else is adjustable - also on that note - GET THIS MAN A HDD!!!
