and be sure to raise the FOV a bit. I found 100 was jsut fien for SC:DA, though it's up to you.


Also in SplinterCell4User.ini:

[Engine.PlayerController]
DesiredFOV=100.0
DefaultFOV=100.0

And if you make changes in the in-game graphics optiosn menu such as enabling/disabling FSAA, Shadow quality, and a coudple other, the game will revert to whatever res you had before, so you'll have to bust open the .ini and make the changes again.


I can't find the Engine Player Controller and FOV settings in the ini ?

Any help where it is please.

I'd like some help, i just cannot find out, what is my FOV, when my current screen resolution should be 1768x992

What would you guys say the correct FOV would be for 1920x1200? I'm thinking about 120, is that too much?

Obviously a late reply but other people in the future might want to know and because some people turn blind when reading mikeh post.

Their are two .ini files you need to edit. One for the WS resolution change and the other for the FOV change.


SplinterCell4.ini: For the resolution change.

SplinterCell4User.ini: For the FOV change.
