Hi,
i read that this game run in 16:10 1680 x 1050 with the ini tweak, but my System folder doesn't have any postal2.ini and user.ini files.!!!

i tried to copy the dafault.ini in a new wordpad file , named it psotal2.ini with the changes in resolution, but this wont work at all.
Tried to use windowed mode, but it's a pain and still doesn't enlarge to 1680 x 1050.
i'm running 7 64bit ultimate.
Any help?

Which system folder are you looking in?

It should be in the actual game folders.

yes , of course , i search it in game folde, under System, am i do right?
But there is no postal2.ini , and i tried coping a new note pad document , reneme default .ini to postal2.ini, but it still not work.
sry bad engluish, hope someone can help me, couse without native resolution, is pretty ugly.

It may be a Win 7 thing. Try running a search on the entire game folder for the files.

I will try to get around to installing my copy later today.

the only postal2.ini file i have is located in C:UsersIndio68AppDataLocalVirtualStoreProgram Files (x86)GOG.comPostal 2 Share The Pain , there is also user.ini (that isn't in game folder too), but after changing it , nothing happen..same as when i created 1 postal.ini in gamesystem folder the first time...i really don't understand why don't work.i always changed resolution in other games...i dont understand ...but it's not so important btw...i wanna only understand why... i can paly this game in 1280 x 1024 without so many problem...

Okay. Windows 7 moves some of the ini files. You need to have hidden files and folders viewable.

Users/*Username*/AppData/Local/VirtualStore/ProgramFiles(x86)/Postal2STP/System

I changed these and it worked.

Make sure you have run the game at least once. The fullscreen values should match what you have selected in game. Make sure you are actually running the right Postal 2 app.

I had the same issue for the last day or so. Could this info be added to the detailed report to make it more public/accessible/readily noticeable?
