If anyone is interested, Gamesplanet UK has Mass Effect 3 on preorder for 31.49 GBP, which equates to around $49 USD. I used Paypal as the payment method successfully, so it is not region locked. Keys are promised for delivery pre-launch, which is nice. I am not affiliated with this site at all, just figured I would share.

The offer was originally set to run until March 5 but, for reasons unknown, it's been terminated a little earlier than planned. As in, yesterday.

"The pre-order Mass Effect 3 get a bonus copy of Battlefield 3 is over," it said. "All pre-orders made during the deal will receive a code by Mar. 8th."

Good ol' EA.

Amazon.co.uk has them for 29.90 (British pounds). For people in Europe that might be a good deal since the pound isn't that high. And Super Saver Delivery means that when you spend more than 25 pounds no shipping cost are charged.
