Not sure if it works outside the UK, but I followed the link and got taken to the EA store, with Burnout Paradise in the basket for £0.00... might be worth a look for those who haven't got it?

Beware folks: EA Store downloads are only available for 6 months. Backup your serial keys and C:ProgramDataElectronic Arts folder or your freebie will be history !

To be fair, I don't know whether it's got any weird DRM surprises in the EA Store version; the Steam version is (aside from Steam itself) DRM free... the important bit being that it's not limited install count. ;)
