I've been intrigued by this since it was announced a year or so ago, they're starting a Beta test sometime soon, any of you US members signed up for it?

Obviously it's not a replacement for high end gaming equipment, but I think the idea behind it is very clever!

A review. I think it is a good overview.

WAAAAAY too expensive in my mind. Equal if not significantly more expensive to buy the games than Retail/Steam + subscription = fail.

Though i think the real target audience are console gamers that want something to basically plug into their tv and NEVER have to go through console generation upgrades/contorller upgrades etc. etc. that burn you in all the bits and pieces and then no backwards compatibility. Whereas this = win. But not going to work too well outside of the states and in Australia that = fail as we have internet quotas so you could only game for maybe 4 to 6 hrs and you'd be shaped.

I like the concept, but I don't see paying 15 a month. But I would pay 5 bucks a month, that would be around what I pay for xbox live.
