I still have my free gift of HL2:Ep1 to give to someone from the orange box ages ago... all my friends that play games already have it... (dur)I don't, m'friend :P Promos on multiple copies of Borderlands and HL2 ? Meh. Sniper Ghost Warrior at half the price ? That's more like it. :D |

On the 'quirks' side of Steam... Has anyone done the requirement for an achivement when Steam was in Offline mode, logged in a few days later and the Achievements appear? Because Just Cause 2 just awarded me three achievements, which I did ages ago on my current save, but I haven't played Just Cause 2 online for a while before this... |

The only disadvantage for me is 1USD=1EUR and the big differences in prices for a different regions (I mean USA, UK and Europe). |

True. The year is 2011 and... - 1$ is still 1€. When will they finally realize that Europeans would buy even more games if prices in € were lower ?? - you still can't download anything while playing. Other than that, I've now received and sent so many gift passes and free games that I find it harder and harder not to like Steam a lot... |

- you still can't download anything while playing. Alt-Tab is your friend here: Alt-Tab out of the game, resume the download, Alt-Tab back into the game. Works for me... |
