I know that I would suggest Francesco's Mod plus Martigan's Monster Mod myself. Dark UI is also wonderful along with Immersive Interface. Qarl's Texture Pack 2 + Almost Everything Viewable when Distant is a must, as is Atmospheric Weather Systems and Better Nightsky and Phinix's Water. Other things to look at are simple mods like No Psychic Guards and Droppable lit torches. People-wise, I run Eshme's Bodies, Improved Male Textures, Improved Facial Textures and Biu's Adventuress. All of this makes for quite the nice playing experience. Now if only I can get my crashing issues to stop, I might be able to enjoy it more...
