I have returned with some new reports (images to follow)

Beyond Good & Evil is a little bit Vert+/Hor+ in the HD version compared to the original which was fully letterboxed

Devil May Cry 1 and 2 are a combination of Vert- and Hor+ in the HD Collection compared to the originals

Metroid Prime 1 is Hor+ in the Trilogy compared the original

The other games I have and thus would like to test but I dont necessarily have access to both versions in the same location

Pikmin 2 - New Play Control! on Wii is Hor+, though lots (all?) of the HUDs are stretched.
