Hi, just registered to mention that I've tested the game at 1440x900 and 1920x1200 respectively on two different monitors. This solution works as advertised in these resolutions, so if you get the time, you can add it to the game's page.

1360x768 works fine and with cutscene stretch enabled it even removes the blackbars from the top and bottom of the clip (when your using a widscreen resolution that is)

this game should get some sort of extra award for being so WS friendly, considering its age

It got a Grade of B, which is good in general, and very good for a game of this age.

Can run 1920x1200 on my 30" but always crashes when I try 2560x1600.

Two new things to report.

Although FMVs are anamorphic in 16:10, they are stretched in 16:9.

And, surround-resolutions are pixel-based, as expected.

Oh, and I've been able to test 1440x900, 1680x1050, 1920x1080, and 1920x1200. They all work.

==Grading==

Calculated grade: B

.ini solution, stretched FMVs, and restrictable widescreen in multiplayer are blemishes.

And, surround-resolutions are pixel-based, as expected.
Which actually means partially broken gameplay.

In all Campaign missions, the map cannot span across the whole display in resolutions wider than 1920 px.

3840x800

In Skirmish mode however, the whole map is displayed and can be clicked and scrolled normally at actual multi-mon res's.
Must be sth to do with the campaign maps' intro cut-scenes, although loading a map after the cut-scene won't fix the problem.

The whole game seems to work ok at "faux Surround" resolutions up to 1920 pixels wide.
