Works natively with widescreen:

I'm new to this forum, what else do I need to screenshot?

Lineage II is an Unreal engine game. Most Unreal engine games are vert - by default, and from the looks of those screenshots, Lineage II is not an exception. However, a lot of Unreal engine games are capable of becoming hor + if you increase the FOV manually, and this is preferable to being vert - natively. Here's what you can do to determine if this is possible in Lineage II.

1: Go to the game directory.
2: Go into a folder called "system."
3: Look for a file called user.ini.
4: Open that file, and search for this string:
DesiredFOV
If you find it, you should see two lines in a row that look something like this:
DesiredFOV=90.000000
DefaultFOV=90.000000

The numbers may or may not be 90, but they should be equal. If you are able to find these lines, tell me what the numbers actually are, and I'll let you know what to do next. If not, let me know which step you were unable to perform and why, and I'll let you know what to do next.

I appreciate your help, and wish you luck in finding a hor + solution.

Then here's what to do.

Take a screenshot at 1024x768. If this resolution is not available, use one of these instead:
640x480
800x600
1280x960 (not 1280x1024)
1600x1200

Now edit user.ini and change both 60s to 69.43.

Take another screenshot, this time at 1280x800, but from the exact same place as before.

This third step is optional, but it would help. Edit use.ini again, and change both 69.43's to 75.18. Take another screenshot, this time at 1280x720, and again at the same place.

Finally, show us your screenshots.
