Just joined and wanted to share my plans that are still at a formative stage.

I used to be an avid PC gamer but have been tempted away by Xbox over the years, with the new gen of console due I'm now finding myself drawn back to PC gaming for some reason.

I am lucky enough to have converted my garage into a gaming/movie room with a single projector at one end. I have always enjoyed driving games which I never had a good experience with on PC until recently. I have a driving seat, pedals and wheel which I drag out to play every so often. However I want to make something more permanent where currently my desk resides. My plan is to use 3 projectors to cast a seamless widescreen picture onto some kind of driving rig in the corner of the room. The difficult bit is trying to figure out a way in which I can also make use of this for desktop FPS gaming.

I'm still not sure how I'm going to encoorperate both and it may end up compromising either option too much at which point I'll have to just leave it as a driving rig.
