hey everyone, glad to be here, this is my first post, (of many)
I've been all about the DIY from the beginning. I could not find any triple monitor stands that I like, or they are too expensive to hold the size of monitor I am using. so I decided to make my own.
under $50 in parts. I used square pipe, and 1/2" black pipe with 45 deg elbows.
all welded in place.

I had an issue of this ripping off my wall, so I welded a brace that I bolted in the stud with 6 BOLTS.

my entire monitor assembly is floating and can pull out to game.

here is a full view from the front.

I will add more pics when I get my thrustmaster 500rs that I just purchased.
backorder so i'm waiting patiently.

yea it was really cheap, I only bought 4 black 1/2in pipes, 2 45deg elbows, 1 center coupler, 6 pipe hangers to mount the monitors. the monitor connections I salvaged from old monitor stands, to make the bracket.
quick tap weld and it don't move. the articulating arm was salvaged and repaired (free)

when I first started, I had a 1 inch pipe to the ground, this kept everything up.Image

but then I wanted to be able to move my monitors out to game. this way I can build a racing simulator cockpit that I can setup and remove when finished.. hence the articulating arm.

I still have to make minor adjustments to the monitors but overall I am very happy.
