Someone posted a fix on steam. Simply delete the newest .pak in the games directory and the game will work as normal. Temp fix until a new patch is released here.

It is not. I tried repatching an old .exe and that failed too. Have to wait for an update.

I'm confused about the current steps to get it working UW at 3440x1440 with a fixed UI. I ran the patcher from that post, I installed 3Dmigoto, I installed the mod, I installed the shaderfixes file, I edited the d3dx.ini. The game runs at UW in gameplay, but the UI is off center. Did I miss a step ...

I can make it work but I don't know how to fix the UI. It seems to be stuck off screen. I did the standard hex edit and replaced 39 8E E3 3F with 8E E3 18 40 in two locations.
