Submerged (http://www.uppercut-games.com/submerged/) is a gorgeous game based on Unreal4 engine. MMC - Multimonitor cities seems to be not working anymore.

In order to adjust the UI to the middle monitor in a 3 monitor setup, you can use Triple-Screen UI Skin from the Steam workshop. Note that it requires the Quartz UI skin framework. Works great on my Eyefinity setup.
