Does this also happen when you take the receiver out of the chain and hook the monitor up directly? I've had issues with receivers hooked to PC's via HDMI in the past. It's usually been due to problems with the EDID during the HDMI handshake. If this is the case you can try to setup an EDID override... |

Nice gear, I'm sure it'll be great!
I bought one of those desks with the matching hutch for my wife's office. It's a classy looking desk, but I hated every moment I spent putting it together. |

Don't forget the 15$ Monster DLC! Egads! I just read about that today earlier. Noooo thanks, over priced much? I'm going to be straight up passing on this game. I love the concept, but I find the execution to be somewhat lacking in areas. I read this as well and I just don't see what the big deal i... |

As promised, here is the HDMI splitter that I use. It comes in 3 flavors: 1 input into 2, 4, or 8 outputs. I personally use the 4 port splitter but any of them should work. There are possibly (probably) cheaper ones out there, but this is the only one where I can personally vouch for it's HDCP strip... |

No worries glad I could help. My setup is a little different but the theory is the same. I use the Live Gamer HD which is for all intents and purposes the internal PCIe version of the card you are looking at. The software is the same for both devices. I also don't have my monitors in portrait but th... |

I am a little confused, but I am assuming that "home cable" was a typo for "HDMI cable" and am proceeding accordingly. You monitors don't all need to be HDMI. If your Surround setup has worked up until this point (and based on your pictures in your first post it appears you have ... |

It doesn't matter which ports you have on your Titan. All he is doing is just running the AverMedia RECentral app in full screen mode, which is spanning the preview window across all three monitors, just like you can do with any other window when using Surround. Don't get hung up on the HDMI splitte... |

Glad it worked out for you Codemaster. I currently use VG278HE's with 2 GTX760's in SLI. I use the recommended setup of 2 DVI connections in card 1 and 1 in card 2. My solution to the limitations that you outlined (which have been Nvidia issues for pretty much as long as I can remember) is that I ju... |

thanks for the reply. I have been researching the requirements for surround, but i had never heard of problems with polarity before. I am not against using three identical monitors seeing as they would be 144hz and low latency, but Im having a difficult time justifying the expense. I had an Acer 60... |

That's disappointing. It's not the end of the world for this game in particular, but I'm pretty tired of spanned HUD's on multimon setups. |

What you are describing is a normal phenomenon called fisheye, and is a side effect of the way the majority of games scale FOV. In most games you won't be able to completely alleviate this, but you can minimize it by figuring out the proper FOV for your particular setup. WSGF has a great calculator ... |

Way back when I had issues with blocky shadows and the laggy shadow cycle being distracting. I did a bunch of research on it and had to make changes to skyrimprefs.ini in order to come up with a scenario I was happy with. Unfortunately I don't remember where I found the solution that worked for me, ... |

Not the most recent pic of my Surround setup but it is somewhat representative of what it looks like day to day. This shot is only about half of the entire layout as I can't back up far enough to get the entire desk in the pic using my crappy cellphone. http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h204/nillaz/... |
