Other than what has been fixed so far, the only thing I really care about is readable books and a simple activation method. What kind of diminishing returns are you talking about? At least we have the old fix if the new one breaks the game. Thanks you guys

I wish HaYDeN would post the fix he has up to this point. Not being able to read these books is really getting on the nerves. I appreciate helifax's fix but I just prefer a quick and easy solution.

Where you at dude? Help a brotha out.

yeah so true. I would disable SLi but then I can't multi-mon. Anyone else with NVIDIA cards running SLi having average FPS? I'm running: Intel 2600-K @ 4.7Ghz 8MB RAM (2) GTX 580 [(3) 1680x1050 = 5040x1050] Beta Drivers All settings are max. Also enabled tree shadows and ground shadows in the ini. ...

Well as soon as it's up with readable books (fixing the map would be helpful) you just tell me who I send my money to. Because after playing for about 3 hours with your old fix I'm speechless. No other game better represents the immersion and experience you get with multi-monitor gaming.

Books - for those that care.. Unzoomed skill tree - and any other menu items that were messed up.. Still the 3D model's being too large (aka, inventory) remains. Is this your fix HaYDeN? If so where is it? The one I am getting off the detailed report doesn't have the books come up like that.

I appreciate the effort guys. After playing the game all day Friday on my 24" hoping for a fix, I realize that playing without books and 3D items would kind of suck given the context of the game.

Everyone needs to flood Bethesda with emails asking about a multi-monitor UI.

I got $20 for a simple fix. Please let us know if you think it will stay valid when they patch the game. I'm sure they will have another patch relatively quick.

Alright I forgot to mention that I am using the 285.79 Beta Drivers. Through the whole intro scene it was very smooth with my system. I was getting between 40 and 60 FPS. FPS never went higher than 60 due to vsync; I know from past experiences that it is best to keep the gamebryo engine from fluctua...

I launched the game on my 4th monitor first (1920x1200) and put all my settings to Ultra and then went into the advanced settings to make sure that everything was at max. After a quick ini to change the resolution to 5040x1050 I launched the game again THE GOOD: The game looked AMAZING in surround. ...

This dude is obviously trolling. While I grant that he may not be experiencing performance or mouse issues, I highly doubt that the UI menus magically work for him and nobody else. He also called us nvidiots which I doubt he would do if he were using nvidia hardware. So if this is just an ATI fanboy...

The widescreen fix remedied my aspect ratio problem. However, even though the in-game menu says my resolution is 5040x1050, and the cfg (seta r_mode "5040x1050") is set, my resolution is not 5040x1050. It's really pixelated and blurry as if it were set to a lower resolution. Anyone know what could b...
