Hydralisk_X, never knew this, i guess it's because I play support class. Heh, I like the sharpshooter as a class, but I think most importantly it levels up the fastest. I just wanted a level 5 class so I can spawn with a gun that I can pawn. Pretty useful. Time to level up the other classes.

Been quite a while in this thread, but I just got this game through recent sales on steam so I'm just playing it now. The only 'fix' that makes the game playable and working I've seen so far is simply changing your viewportx to 3x your normal resolution (5760 in my case). Any fiddling with hud scali...

So did they fix the atrocious mouse controls? I remember trying to play this a few months ago and being totally put off by the negative acceleration left in there for game pads. For a "PC" game this is about the biggest sin you can do in my opinion is mess up the mouse controls. I had to uninstall ...

justcause2mods.com has lots of info on how to mod that stuff. it's fairly easy. I'm using gibbed's tools right now. I don't see a reliable way to mod in infinite ammo. The only two infinite ammo mods I've found (other than of course bolopatch) were 1) specific to DLC guns and 2) one that lets you p...

Haven't found a grappling mod that works like Bolo did. :( That was fun when you just wanted to mess about. Yea definitely. Strong / Infinite rope made some crazy chains or webs of mayhem. Infinite ammo was nice too since you can use any weapon you want without discretion. I was checking out the JC...

Ok so I was gifted a copy of this game and decided to have a hack at it. Plays well at 5300 x 1050... until it randomly swaps back to a non-bezel compensated 5040 x 1050 during long cut scenes - which isn't even my desktop resolution. Only a minor point but sucks to keep changing my resolution back...

[quote]I've decided that my next GPU setup will be a single card and a single 6970 doesn't really offer a whole lot right now. However, I am happy to see that 2GB is now standard on AMD cards which is definitely a good sign for the future. So does that mean the dual-GPU "Antilles" Radeon HD 6990 is...

All the monitors have to be connected to the primary card so you have the same output limitations as non-xfire.

My lockpicking was never tiny... strange.

I found that if you enter the console while computer terminals or the pip boy is up, the font becomes slightly clearer.

Not sure what is meant by starting from Dec. 1, 12:01am EST. Not quite there yet, but I'm going to assume whatever I post right now is still valid? Anyway, my thoughts / experience with eyefinity and multi-display gaming: When I built my new rig last September, I didn't even consider eyefinity. The ...

Anyone else feel as though this game hardly uses a quad core at all (yet being designed for the 360)... I reckon there's zero engine improvements in this game. And yet somehow the game crashes for me either in the first 10 mins or every couple of hrs of play. (Still a very good game... else i would...

As has been mentioned previously in this thread. Don't start the game with the launcher just start it directly via the FalloutNV.exe in Steam > steamapps > common > fallout new vagas and no settings will get overwritten also make all your changes in the Fallout_default.ini here as well. Make your c...

Anyone have a comprehensive list of changes you need to make to what files to get this game working properly? I'm downloading right now from steam (got it for $30 from gamestop -> entered code on steam, worked like a charm). EDIT: Followed CrashAegis's steps on page 2 as well as the 'fix' on page 3....

I like it, but the huge amount of deadzone with my g25 makes it unplayabe, pc users really need to be able to adjust it. so its going back onto the drawer till its fixed, if ever I don't own a G25... but can't you set deadzones in game profiles with the software that comes with the g25? My roommate...

Why? Even if the menu is off centred, it matters little as long as the in game experience is right. Well the actual menu should be 'centered' and not partly on one monitor and party on another if he's choosing the right aspect. So... if it's not centered then something's wrong such as the aspect. B...

And there is not a fix. IMO it doesn't matter, the positioning of the menus is irrelevant. They still work (you need to sometimes put the mouse over and hit enter) and the game is perfect, who give a monkeys about the positioning of the picture behind the menus? This was covered up thread. Depends ...
