Great review, thanks for taking the time to do it.
I saw this game and it really reminded me of "SWIV" on the old Amiga.
I dont think I would pay the full price for it currently on Steam, however after seeing your review I would certainly buy it if they have it on offer. |

Well done Skid, I noticed you said its your first video review and If I had not seen that I would have assumed you had been doing it for years!
Very professional and to the point, hard to find anything to pick fault with really. |

Hi Packerfan, sorry to hear about your PC troubles. To echo what the guys above said, I would certainly get your PSU tested before plugging in any new CPU. Ive had PSUs in the past which appear fine, even boot a PC but fall over as soon as the load increases. Years ago I had one go open circuit and ... |

I tried for another hour with fov settings and camera settings but didnt seem to make any difference. I also found there are CFG files which are copied in an Alien Breed Episode 1 folder in My Documents/My Games/. I have since given up at trying myself so have posted a message on the developers foru... |

Hi all, The classic Amiga game Alien Breed has been remade after 18 years and is available on steam with -10% preorder and as a demo. I have tested the demo on my triplehead2go using 3 x 22" monitors and was suprised to see the menu loaded up perfectly in 5040 x 1050. However once inside the actual ... |

Hi guys, Came across a new MMO today which uses a version of the unreal engine but employing a new landscape engine to create an immense terrain. Its been in beta for a while but officially launches in 11 days from me writing this post! You could say it looks like Oblivion online but in actual fact ... |

Well thats one big way to stifle innovation and at the same time alientate customers so they never buy another game from that developer! I watched this game with anticipation but thanks to these Luddites its just one big dissappointment that I will never get to play and because im not interested in ... |

Wow that really was quick.
Ive only played for about 30 mins so far on a single screen and I was already having withdrawl symptoms from the usual 3!
Kudos to Bioware for fixing this so quickly. |

Arggghh I have this coming today and was really looking forward to it working straight out of the box!
This is a horrible blow to what would have been a really good game.
Its just not the same on one screen so I can see this getting thrown in to a corner until a fix is out. |

Fallen Earth is a new MMO thats just been launched via Steam and Direct2Drive. Its not by any major gaming company so its been done on a limited budget and hasnt had much of a press campaign yet when compared to the likes of Aion or other large releases. It still feels a bit rough round the edges an... |

I posted my findings for this some time back, see [url]http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/node/10555] and maybe I did something different to what you were doing. Ive had no double image issues and my HUD is perfect other than a little bit of text is a bit too large in the bottom corner. Hope this ... |

I had a BFG 8800GTX 640mb and TH2GO but have recently upgraded to a GTX 275 798mb.
The 8800 was fine but I had to turn down a few settings to get reasonable FPS, it did do the job though. |

What Thales said 8) I did exactly the same thing a few days back and as long as you keep the cfg file as read only all you have to do is remember to set the res to 5040 each time you load up. Oh and the wierd blurryness when you move or look about quickly is actually a feature and you can turn it of... |

EDIT I thought I had got these damn drivers working for Win XP for 5040 x 1050, well I did... however two reboots later and my 3 main screens went blank again... turns out its reverted back to Auto for the resolution. The odd thing is I had no issues setting a custom resolution when I booted in to V... |

Well I just updated my GFX drivers and its launching now, just having a bit of trouble getting my desktop back to 5040. Thanks for the tip Thales100, i will try that once my desktop is working correctly. I gotta say I only played a few minutes of the demo to check it worked and I really love it! |

I installed the demo from Steam but its giving me a DX9 graphics error as soon as it tries to load up.
Reluctant to buy the full game incase it suffers the same fate |
