Really? For multi-monitor mode, mine isn't working at all. Arcade Mode has character locked with head pointing down to the floor. Controls are terrible too... cleared ALL instances of fire being assigned to mouse and assigned jump to mouse instead, but it still fires with the mouse button and only j...

Yeah, that was a lot of warning for a single line of text  I don't know what to say, my game is the regular Steam BL too and the config editor is working fine... You can always try the Borderlands Advanced Settings Tool (dl link on last page), it's basically the same stuff but maybe less outd...

As of today, the only greyed out option in BLCE 2.1.4 is 'Disable story introduction movies' (not sure why, probably an issue with DLC movies). Did you run the game at least once ? All the config tool does is fiddle with ini files, so you have to make sure the game creates them first in %USERPROFIL...

Go to Settings->Configuration. Uncheck the option to Check for Updates. *Edit: The old Flawless Widescreen linked above appeared to work and did not auto-update on me. It detected Borderlands running, but the fix still didn't get applied. I tried manually enabling/disabling it while running Borderl...

So nobody else is having the issue with the current fix being greyed out?

Otherwise, I wonder if there is a source to get on old copy of WSF that included the old fix.

Hi folks, I wait til games go down to four or five buck specials on Steam before buying, so I'm just getting around to Borderlands. I downloaded the Config Editor mentioned on the WSGF page for Borderlands, but the most important fields (for FOV adjustment, hotkey bindings, etc.) are greyed out and ...

I don't see what you did there... From what it sounds like, you lost all your data in some kind of mechanical failure... which doesn't add up because I know such tech geniuses don't just go without subscriptions to various data backup services, at very short intervals. I mean if mere mortals and mor...

I’m not one of these morons who love to go with the “please take 10 more years if you need it”… Duke Nuke ‘em Forever anyone? But on the other hand, it is totally true that these guys are private people doing things when they get a chance, for free. I’m sure Hayden’s busy with real life crap and som...

As for the stabby thing, no worries. We'll all just post pics of sad puppy eye's memes with the caption "Oh noze, Hayden's late!"
We'll save the stabby till June.

Hi, Any eta on Flawless Widescreen support for Skyrim 1.9? Bethesda has stopped updating it, so it should be the final time. I second that… I know this new version of FWS will be amazing, but if just this last fix for Skyrim could be released for the old version first… that would be really cool. Ju...

BIG PROPS to Helifax for quick response and support to counter these fix-breaking curses they call patches. Big boo to Steam (and the company that required Skyrim be exclusively Steam) for CONTINUING to have a tab with the LIE of choice to automatically update the game or not, that always switches b...

I am not a (general public) multiplayer guy. I can enjoy a LAN party or online multi with close friends only, but would rather have a root canal than to play with the general public. Since I hate multiplayer, I don’t get deep into the details of the subject, so I’m not understanding the “bottom line...

I just got back into this game after hearing about the new Schwarzenegger Conan movie in 2014, and they went and did this right as I get back into it. I knew wishing for a quick FWS fix was unreasonable, but it happened anyway. Thanks again. By the way, I have replaced much of the game’s music file...

OH FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, THANK YOU , Hayden. Seriously. A little melodramatic, but that's just how I feel after dealing with all the other corporate and general pains-in-the-arse of how things work in the world. I just got back into this game after hearing about the new Schwarzenegger Conan movie in ...

Old news, but one of the top games in history is being given free here. BUT, as it is a very old game, it was really lacking on available resolutions. However, they have been tinkering and tinkering with it, as a prelude to the upcoming online reboot of the franchise, and one of the funny things is ...
